Three stocks that are at the forefront of the next gold boom

It's not difficult to find reasons to like gold right now. For starters, in 2020 the yellow metal has outperformed all other major assets to date. Here is the scoreboard for the year to date as of this weekend: gold + 23.7%, government bonds + 6.3%, investment grade bonds + 5.9%, global stocks + 3.7%, high yield bonds +1 , 4%, cash + 0.5%, US dollars -2.9%, oil -36.4%. The key point is this: The reason for this outperformance is a combination of uncertainty and the $ 21 trillion in global fiscal and monetary stimulus that we have already seen. Now the European Central Bank is flirting with the move to follow the Federal Reserve into an average inflation targeting paradigm, and the Democrats are pushing for another few trillion in thin money, with a growing lead in the polls suggesting that they will ultimately prevail. At the same time, the basic cause of the dilemma is the health crisis caused by a pandemic - and the number of cases is starting to rise again in the northern hemisphere as temperatures drop. If we throw into this mix what is perhaps the most polarizing and controversial choice in US history, we have a recipe for possible continued capital flight into gold until the end of the year. With that in mind, let's take a look at some of the more interesting stocks in the gold mining industry, including: Yamana Gold Inc (NYSE: AUY), JNC Resources Inc (OTCMKTS: JNCCF) (CSE: JNC), and Barrick Gold Corp (NYSE: GOLD) ). Yamana Gold Inc (NYSE: AUY) claims to be a Canada-based precious metals producer with significant gold and silver production, development-stage properties, exploration properties and land positions throughout the Americas including Canada, Brazil, Chile and Argentina. On this basis, Yamana Gold plans to develop new mines, develop new mines, develop its exploration properties and occasionally look for other consolidation opportunities with a focus on the American continent on this basis through expansion and optimization initiatives at existing mines in operation. Yamana Gold Inc (NYSE: AUY) recently announced that the Financial Conduct Authority has approved its prospectus, which contains a report by a competent person, in support of its intention to be listed on the London Stock Exchange. Application for admission of Yamana Gold's common stock to the standard listing segment of the FCA's official listing and to the LSE for trading on its principal market for publicly traded securities has been approved. As the company announced, the shares will be traded today (Tuesday, October 13, 2020) in London. Daniel Racine, President and Chief Executive Officer of Yamana Gold, commented, "We are excited to begin trading on the London Stock Exchange and offer UK and European investors an exposure to an all-senior gold producer with a high quality asset portfolio in mining-friendly jurisdictions in the US Offering a continent, which is a unique investment opportunity. And the stock has done well for the past few days, up about 4% in that time. Yamana Gold Inc (NYSE: AUY) had sales of $ 420.3 million in its most recently reported quarterly results, representing a sales growth of -32.2%. Additionally, the company is struggling with some balance sheet hurdles as cash is struggling to keep up with current liabilities ($ 442.4 million versus $ 655.5 million). JNC Resources Inc (OTCMKTS: JNCCF) (CSE: JNC) is a North America-based mining exploration company. The company's goal is to develop under-explored properties and benefit from the deal flow generated by its strategic partnership and growth opportunities. In addition, JNC Resources Inc. is active in the exploration of mineral resources in North America. JNC also acquired 100% control and ownership of the Imperial project in Nevada earlier this year. The Imperial property is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, a productive mining area in the state. JNC Resources Inc (OTCMKTS: JNCCF) recently announced the results of a rock sampling program on its Imperial Project, located 18 miles northeast of one of the largest gold producers in Goldfield, Nevada, in the Silver Peak District.
